Why You Should Alyways Ask The Farmer

08. September 2008 | en

If we had slept in 15 minutes more than we did we would have been gassed with cancer. We woke up to a lovely morning, packed everything together, and noticed my chain oiler was empty, we had just finished up when we saw the tractor coming, the farmer in a gas mask, and a giant cloud of gas being spewed behind him. Normally we always ask, but last night there was no one around, and it had become so late. Needless to say we took off pretty fast. :P

The day was spent pulling into gas stations searching for a decent map of Greece. No where seemed to have one. Until that night when we set up camp and Patrick pulled out the map of Albania to find the map of Greece we had bought with the last of out Bulgarian change.

hee hee whoops.

This time we camped in a no mans land, and it was perfect. No angry toxic spewing farmers to be found. ;)
