Effes

03. August 2008 | en

Effes proved to be worth every penny of the entrance fee to get it. Most of it I saw by myself however, as within minutes of entering I had lost Patrick. One minute he was there taking pictures, the next he was gone. And we both had gone to the exact same place!!!! Those of you who keep suggesting my age is clicking by and that babies should be in my future I ask you, if I can lose a full grown man, how the hell am I suppose to keep track of fast moving munchkins? I can barely keep my purse on me most of the time, no one can expect me to keep track of free moving bodies!

When we finally found each other an hour later he had been looking for me (and I him) in the exact same theater, which in old school style, was a giant empty space surrounded by steps. With maybe 20 people in there it really should have been impossible to lose anyone or anything. I mean look at this:

The good news is that all the teasing Patrick did of me wearing a dress over my leather pants was well worth it. Pulling off those stinky leather beasts (I had thought they would be cleaner. HA! people wont ride in the same elevator as us now, but thats Ok since most of the time we avoid confined spaces anyway ;) ) was like dropping the temperature by 20 degrees, and made the walk around the old Greek ruins fun.
